Iločki podrumi d.d. has inherited a traditional wine-growing business and wine production dating back to the 15th century. They currently own 250 hectares or 1,100,000 vines. The plan is to expand production capacity to a total of 204 hectares of vineyards or 1,460,000 vines. Their own-label wine with the controlled denomination of origin has been produced since the 18th century. Annually, 40,000 hectolitres of wine are produced with the controlled denomination of origin. The capacity of the new cellar is 90,000 hectolitres. This company is especially interesting and famous for the unique old wine cellar under the Odescalchi castle. The famous Ilok Traminac was ordered by the English Court for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II.
